KeithMacdonald
Just being enjoying the three series of Hamish MacBeth on Amazon (various episodes are also available on YouTube). "Lochdubh" railway station appears several times. From the fleeting glances I got, and the camera angles, it almost looks like a small terminus. But wasn't Plockton the setting for most of the episodes? Was it Plockton station? Most filming locations get a mention here, but no sign of the station. http://www.scotlandthemovie.com/hamish/scenery1.html
RMweb Gold JohnR Posted July 2, 2022 RMweb Gold Share Posted July 2, 2022 I believe it was filmed at Duncraig, and they used a fake wall to block off the bridge and make it look like a terminus.
