David Bigcheeseplant
Another photo that I posted in How relistic are your models thread, it lacks depth of field but it does have that feel of standing on the platform or a old photo. There is a rather nice photo of the layout in the next MRJ, I took plenty of photos and at MRJ we got down to around five pictures we all loved but we had to choose one for the preview picture, I think it was the best but there should be more when the layout features in the MRJ next year. artizen
I was playing around with the photos I took yesterday, and although this is not in focus, I felt it gives a feel of being on the end of the platform. David Just Like The Real Thing with apologies to Pete!!!! Attention to detail is riveting!!!! We really need to see more of this layout - if this is the detail on the locos and the buildings it must be something special.

David Bigcheeseplant
Now a photo has been published in the latest MRJ, I can reveil that the layout is called Whitchurch Road and is by Paul Bambrick, it is based on Waddesden Road just north of Aylesbury. The scenic section is twenty foot, it will apear in full in MRJ next year. David
David Bigcheeseplant
Another photo of Whitchurch Road, I have kept the best photos for the MRJ article although I intend to do another photo shoot before the layout does apear, remember two boards will be at Railex in Aylesbury in May 2010 and the whole layout at Railex 2011 David
