Metcalfe Municipal Building Kit

I noticed last week that Rails Of Sheffield announced this new Metcalfe kit. I'm just highlighting it as it struck that it would be really useful kit for modern modellers who aren't that well served by Metcalfe. The kits seems to be designed to be used as a modern A&E, but it also reminds me of a modern GP building or it could even be  turned into a modern school if Metcalfe made an extension kit for it. It's available in both N and OO scale.
