Not sure if this is the right place, if necessary, please move.

In the newsdesk of Model Railway Constructor 1980 March, there is a reference to a late Malcolm Philip Evans, who apparently manufactured 'components and signals for the model trade' and his wife intended to keep the business going.

He died young at the age of 35 apparently. He had also been chairman of the Solihull Model Railway Circle.

Does anyone know what he made and did the range continue?

Just curious as never heard of him, but perhaps it became part of Jackson Evans, or am I on the wrong track here?
