Titan Posted January 4, 2023 Share Posted January 4, 2023 Looks like a 5" gauge "speedy" which is supposed to be a GWR 15XX. It appears that someone found a chassis sans motion and made a wooden body to go on top, and had a stab at making some motion for it. The chassis has springs and what looks like eccentrics for an axle driven water pump - common fitting on live steam locos even if not prototypical. It could have been live steam once, but will be a long time before it will again! Might be useful to someone who wants to build a "speedy", you get chassis wheels and cylinders maybe, but you would have to build the rest! 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
