HMRS Transfer Type Query

I've been given a part sheet of HMRS BR transfers in O scale.  My problem is I don't know if these are Pressfix or Methfix, is there any way of telling?  I only have just about enough to do the model, so don't want to waste any by testing and ruining some doing so.

Pressfix have a sheet of waxy paper to stop the glue sticking to the plastic packet. This will pull away with a slight 'Velcro' sound to reveal the gluey back of the transfers. With Methfix the underside of the transfer should be visible through the packet as it doesn't need the protective cover.

Pressfix then!  Makes my life marginally easier too - result.
