grahame
It’s here and it’s available - the second issue of N’spirations; the independent specialist magazine exclusively for the discerning British 1:148 N gauge enthusiast. The first issue was specifically suitable for beginners and gave an overview all about N gauge. This second issue is more like a multi-article based magazine style publication and aims to N’spire and N’thuse, to encourage N gauge modellers to improve their skills and to demonstrate how to build better quality 1:148 scale models and layouts. This issue is bigger - with 56 all colour pages packed full of ideas, suggestions, tips, photographic inspirations, and how to articles as well as providing an interesting read all about N gauge modelling. Copies can be obtained either by mail order (see below for details) or directly at the following events; * 3rd & 4th July - 2mm Scale Association 50th Anniversary Expo - Oxford * 11th & 12th September - The International N Gauge Show - Leamington * 2nd & 3rd October - Ilford MRCs Exhibition * 6th November - Wycrail - West Wycombe By mail order; send a cheque or postal order (payable to Mr G Hedges) [or cash at your own risk] for the amount below to cover post and packing (in the UK) to 19 Grasmere Way, BYFLEET, Surrey, KT14 7BX, along with your full postal address. As a lot of people seem to have had a problem with knowing what size a C5 envelope is and sending one with the correct postage on it for the first issue, I have got in a stock of envelopes and stamps and have included the post and packing charge in the prices below. Therefore, you do not need to send a stamped and addressed envelope. However, please note this is only for addresses in the UK, for overseas orders please contact me off-group by email. * Issue #2 N’spirations2 - £3.00 * Both issues (#1 & #2) - £4.20 G. grahame
Just a bump and reminder that N'spirations is still available, very cheap, excellent value for money, and to get your orders in quickly (details as above). And that I'll be taking a few copes along to the STORM show (Waltham St. Lawrence) on Saturday morning and will be in the pub opposite at lunchtime if anyone wants to purchase a copy directly. http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php/topic/13666-stormex-7th-august-2010-waltham-st-lawrence-berkshire/ G.
