Bar Keeper's Friend - which one?

I've heard that Bar Keeper's Friend is very good for cleaning etched brass etc. - but which one?  There appears to be numerous different flavours - powder, liquid, spray etc.  Or are they all the same?

And is BKF better or worse than the likes of Shiny Sinks etc?

Powder, I would have thought

 

It was my polish of choice in my pub, keeping the drip trays and beer engines clean for longer.

Hello, I use the one called Power Cream, white cream with fine abrasive additive, a bit like Jif and other similar ones. Brings up brass beautifully, cleans white-metal just as well but it will leave it with a more matt finish which you can either leave (good keying for primer) or re-polish if needed. Washes off quickly and easily, pretty much odourless and it's never irritated my skin 🙂
