4mm Flemish bond

Just a quick question. Who produces the best embossed plastic for Flemish bond brick work.

Define "best".

 

For embossed plastic, your choices are Slater's and Wills. I like the range of arches abd curved window tops in the Wills range, but Slater's is more readily available.

Wills I find the sheets too thick, too small and the bricks overly large.  Slaters is my second choice, but the SE Finecast sheets are my default choice.

Here's an example of the SEF material after a coat of red primer.

Another vote for SEF from me, as they are vacuum formed I believe there is more definition between the mortar lines and bricks, makes it easier to paint and finish, with plasticard I occasionally find some parts to be almost smooth.
