Phone 'press 1 2 3' choices go nowhere (except back to where you started!) and website insists that I do not have an account with them! Spent the best part of the afternoon trying to resolve it - failed. They are also saying that my order has been 'trunked ' Didn't know what that was until I looked it up and I certainly didn't option it. Not happy bunny at the moment!
