Abergynolwyn Village Incline Diorama in 2mm scale

Another recent static diorama, again about A4 size, this time representing the village incline and village tramways at Abergynolwyn in simplified form. Most of this disappeared early in the preservation of the Talyllyn Railway. Once again, this is mostly based on 3D filament printing - even the skeletal winter trees. A plastic tray provides a base to contain the model.

 

 

The charabanc outside the pub provides a suggestion of the period - the 1920s when the Talyllyn and Corris were linked in circular tours for the tourist traffic.
