Bachmann buying Hornby (locked as it's a nonsense topic with a misleading clickbait title)

As far as I know, it isn't.

 

But such a deal might make sense.

 

1) Hornby is (in my opinion) a much better brand name for British model railways than Bachmann. 

 

2) Hornby doesn't seem very good at outsourcing production to China.  Kader could bring production in-house.
