cypherman
Hi all, I have tinkered with weathering in the past. I found this Hornby 6 wheeled milk van in one of my wagon boxes. i was going to just clean it up but all the transfers and the roof had yellowed very badly. So it was volunteered for weathering practice. I wanted a wagon that would not look out of place rusting away in a siding somewhere. Any advice on how to improve what I have done would be gratefully recieved. Edited August 20, 2023 by cypherman
RMweb Premium SR71 Posted August 20, 2023 RMweb Premium Share Posted August 20, 2023 Not so much what you have done but to help you see what you have done. I now work only using daylight bulbs. With flash on it's very hard to judge from your pictures how your efforts look. Light is so important as colour matching in electric light to a daylight picture will invariably look odd in natural light. If you need flash to take a picture in your modelling space it's too dark Hope that helps.
