Class 21/29 D6114 model

I’ve recently purchased this seemingly excellent model, and a sound chip, speaker, etc.

 

The only documentation in the box is a warranty leaflet and a dc/dcc set of instructions for operation.

 

There is no detail on fitting the chip, speaker or indeed more basic things like lubrication, removing the body shell to fit a crew etc etc.

 

can anyone assist please?

If I remember right that is pretty much all it comes with.

 

The body is just clipped on.

Once the body is off there are two screws which hold the cab internals in place to fit a crew. These are the inner most from the cab ends. Remove these two and gently lever between front of body and cab internal. Sadly not all of the light guides survive depending on the amount of glue used. Good luck.
