I signed up for the £4.99 membership offer yesterday with a little difficulty getting everything in because my having previously had a trial membership seemed to make the application go round in circles for a bit. All eventually accepted, and a membership number issued (1618568). The query is that I understood this would make me up to "Gold" on RM Web, which has not happened. Did I make a mess of the application, is there a fault, or does it just take a while?
