meatloaf Posted January 14 Share Posted January 14 Hi Got a new class 24 today ( DPD actually delivered on a sunday! ) Ive ran it for a couple of hours and at higher speeds its a bit grindy in both directions. At lower speeds its pretty quiet. Its not overly smooth at lower speeds and sometimes it stalls for no apparent reason. Is anyone elses 24 the same? If it is about to split the gears could mesh poorly. I have seen one which was cracked and not fully split, meaning two teeth were wider apart than the rest....
