You could try asking one of the 3D print figure manufacturers, like Scale3D, if they have thought about doing any. They do a huge range and seem to be rolling out new stuff all the time. They do a piper in their 28mm wargames range and 3D printers will often be able to rescale their products. https://www.scale3d.co.uk/products/allies-and-fiefs-clansman-hornblower?_pos=6&_sid=07d64f45e&_ss=r

By the way have you thought about painting the tartans in 4mm? I have painted a fair few in 25/28mm wargames figures - 'an impression of tartan' would be the best I could acheive! To avoid any confusion, given the way this photo has magnified this figure massively, the wargaming 25/28mm is the figure height, nominally to the top of a bare head, not 25/28mm to the foot, as in model railway 4mm scale.

The reviewer doesn't think much if the Jacobite set does he ? Although in fairness he doesn't criticise the piper directly !

"This set contains an impressive 20 poses, but all are clearly depicting Highland dress. However a good many of these do so really badly."

If you're looking for modern(ish) every day Highland dress (ie kilt with jacket and tie) the Airfix/Dapol lineside sets are amenable to being cross-kitted by chopping heads and limbs off and re-arranging. It strikes me that the legs off the 8th Army soldiers with the top half of some Airfix/Dapol commuters and some Milliput kilts might work. I bet the 8th Army are polythene though.

Probably better figures in some of the Napoleonic sets.

Even though it says plastic soldier they do have the Bachmann and Merit figures. Handy if you want a close look at them.
