Had a great time this weekend displaying Mossdale Road for the first time. The layout and trains performed well, with Saturday being a DC day and Sunday DCC, lots of friendly chats about the trains and scenery. A good exhibition although I didn’t get to see all of it.

A fantastic weekend at the Ashford Festival of Railway Modelling 2024 – with over 40 layouts and spread over three venues. The event was organised by Fred Garner and AIMREC, and included Tracks Across the Spectrum, a mix of fascinating exhibits influenced by the link between railways and autism. Great to see some gorgeous layouts making their debut – Joganji River and Asham Cement Works - and some special exhibits lovingly restored by AIMREC – Wishton and Crannoch - as well as old favourites, Lenham and Kingsnorth.

Thanks for including Mossdale Road. My “fifteen minutes of fame” was very quickly squashed, no idea who David Campbell is that was mentioned in the program and the video, a minor typo by AIMREC.
