Hi all

Decided to show my build of a DC kits Class 101 and hopefully get some advice along the way. This is my first motorised kit but I have built a few wagon kits. 

I have decided that my first step will be cutting the seats off the sprue.

This will take me a while so updates will be a bit sporadic

Just a little update 

Cut the sides, front, back, floor and roof off the sprues and cleaned most of them up.

Also started with cutting out the glazing.

(Sorry about the poor picture)

Now for a question. I have these etched bits and I'm not sure what they are, I think the bits on the right are steps but am not sure about the bits on the left
