iTrain- how to automate fiddle yard.

Hello

I'm using iTrain currently and I'm in the process of trying to automate my layout. It's a round layout with a single scenic track at the front and a fiddle yard with 6 long tracks at the back. The plan is to be able to store at least 2 trains in each track as there all around 2.5m in length.

 

On itrain how do I get a train to leave the fiddle yard and then go out on to the mainline, but then have the train behind it move forward in the fiddle yard to allow the other train to come back in behind it?

 

The red dots show my current feedback modules which are the roco r80108 and the blue line shows where the fiddle yard starts/end.
