Hello there. barely at all to do with anything, but i'd just like to ask if someone can identify me this circular stepped tower block, outside of the tate modern in london. Just need it to help in art work. Ta.

Edit: Done a bit more digging and it's not part of this latest phase. Known as 44 Hopton Street it would appear to be residential apartments.
