Presumably those radius figures are to the centreline of the track, so you'd have to add around 25 mm to the outside of the track, and more for clearance of stock depending on what you are running. Remember that an increasing amount of rtr won't go round first radius; conversely you could bend flexi, or build track to tighter radii, although I wouldn't myself.

Hi

While the link below is for Hornby track geometry, the Peco Setrack range is to the same standard.

 

Many medium and a larger sizes of locos and some rolling stock will not negotiate radius 1 curves.

As stated all measurements are to track centres, so you will need to add approx 12-15mm minimum each side.
