Model Rail CIWL Night Ferry Coach: Received now, thanks

I have put this on kit building but it may be more appropriate here.

Finally after being in a box for 6 years I am about to start my Model Rail/MARC models CIWL Night Ferry coach. I received the instructions with the coach which were a photocopy of the original Articles in Model Rail, unfortunately they look as if they have been PCd many times as much of the instruction is illegible now. I have contacted MR but they do not keep back issues that far back so my appeal is for either November and December 2004 issues of Model Rail which contain the instructions or decent photocopies of the pages in question. I am quite happy to pay for PC's/postage/and or a fair price for the mags. Or if anybody can make good scans and send them via e mail I would be very grateful.
