It is indeed the old escalators down to the Jubilee Line platforms at Charing Cross which now reside behind a wall at the bottom of the first flight of escalators down from the ticket hall. The tracks are kept in use for stabling and reversing trains that have terminated at Green Park (usually things like engineering work etc) and also is regularly used for filming work, looks a lot more modern than the old standby of Aldwych which tends to only be used for vintage Underground scenes these days and from what I hear is in a pretty bad state now. Every series of Spooks seems to feature at least two scene filmed at Charing Cross, some of their resultant continuity is a bit dubious as a result though!!
