The first thing I'd have recommended is taking out the TRUST terminal - absolutely no use at all when the bloke has got block working and knows where the train are in terms of being in or approaching the section. All sorts of distractions in that kind of job but adding useless 'toys' shouldn't be one of them - he's not a junction or regulating 'box so he has no need at all for a TRUST terminal and the basically useless distraction it might bring.
