westie7
Does anyone have any experience of using the BH Enterprises etched sides for a VEA van. They are sold as for converting the Minitrix Shocvan, but I would be looking to use a more readily available Donor. The etches themselves are 38mm long. RMweb Premium Steven B Posted March 3, 2011 RMweb Premium Share Posted March 3, 2011 I've not used the BHE sides, but I have built several of the Parkwood Models VEA (Van Wide) kits. You might still be able to get them from the likes of BHE or N Gauge Lines, or wait for the NGS to re-release them (the NGS now owns the tooling to the Parkwood wagons). Happy modelling. Steven B. Cheers Steven. I'll see how these go and maybe try that route for the next bunch, if I do more. I think I'll try the Farish vans for size and do a bit of fiddling with the underframe.
