RMweb Gold Re6/6 Posted March 8, 2011 RMweb Gold Share Posted March 8, 2011 Looking in 'The Heyday of Eastleigh and its Locomotives' comfirms the LMR WD loco as 601 'Kitchener' although I am pretty sure other LMR locos also visited the works, logical considering they were only just up the road. Excellent! That means that the WD 2-10-0 kit that I've got will become 'Kitchener' for those occasional 'special workings' through Balcombe! ..Not forgetting a couple of LT tanks plus 92028 9F Crosti which is pictured in a Bluebell publication on its way to Brighton for maintenance!
