The Scottish Diesel layout at Ally Pally got Me thinking on Sulzer diesels on single track layouts.I remembered on the old RMWebb a layout with sweeping curves in the early stage of development ?I did a search but found nothing anyone point Me in the right direction? Thanks :D

Ah yes that would be me; here's the old stuff and here's where I've brought it up to date. I'd always intended to take my time with the layout so we're still at the chipboard stage. I tend to work at it in fits and starts, while I tinker with other interests, French Railways and 009. At the moment I'm fannying about with a batch build of Crochat railcars and whipping our second holiday let into shape so I'd expect Morfa to lie dormant for a little while longer; meantime have a few gratis random pics.

A quick update: A bunch of friends came to stay for the weekend and after huge fun with Garratts, viaducts and deserted villages thoughts on the last morning turned to playing with trains. The missing bits of the circuit were cobbled together with an unpromising collection of SMP flexitrack with bent rails and missing sleepers. Enough repairable lengths were assembled and the big gap filled by a carefully stacked pile of magazines. Trains have circulated every day since. The eventual aim will be to replace the expedient with track to the same standard as the first half of the layout, taking out the gash bits when I've something ready to slot in. anyway, here are a couple of pics to be going on with.
