George Woodcock
Hello My rake runs on Romford OO 12mm disc wheels.I also replaced the couplings with mini Bachman one to get close coupling. Otherwise apart from weathering and renumbering they are as built. Cheers George

Guest jim s-w
These would be better though - you don't get 3 hole wheels on mk2 coaches! http://www.Hornby.com/shop/rolling-stock/rolling-stock-accessories/r8096-125mm-disc-wheels/ Cheers Jim
owentherail
cheers Jim, so 12.5mm wagon wheels will do the job better that coach wheels which will be too big, at least wagon wheels are cheaper!!! owen
k9-70
As Jim has stated, the solid Hornby 12.5mm Disc Wheels (Product Code: R8096)are correct for the Mk2 coaches. They will also fit the Airfix/Mainline Mk2d's and the early Hornby Mk2a's. K9-
