Xerces Fobe2 Posted July 31, 2011 Share Posted July 31, 2011 I am after photographs of former Class 501 which were converted to 97701 /DB975178 also wrongly numbered 977362 at first and of 97702 /DB975179 also which was also wrongly numbered 977363 at first worked on the Merseyrail Network This unit was unique as it could work off the 3rd rail as well as batteries as well as having the roof which was more like a shed!
