johnd Posted September 3, 2011 Share Posted September 3, 2011 Given the number of failures this Loco has had since it's last overhaul i just wonder given the superb realiablity of other ex LMS loco's is so much better. I know if I was to book on a tour expecting a certain loco and it was not to show I doubt if I would re-book for another tour with it unless its realiabilty improved. I'm just intrigued by the reasons and mechanical results of the damage which tend to be hidden away from prying eyes. Trying to find out the details is quite difficult.
