Xerces Fobe2
Having recently chipped my 60 year old Anbrico Oerlikon EMU this week it go me thinking - What other old or unusual items of tolling stock have other members chipped? For those who have not seen the Oerlikon EMU In my ealier post here it is again and it is wooden bodied!
AMJ
There are many on here that have chipped Wrenn locos. I have chipped a Trix Scotsman, but many years ago it got a set of Romford drivers so it's not exactly mint and boxed is it! Have done some 70's Hornby but that's not old! wellsy
My "oldie" is a Triang L1 4-4-0 which I bought secondhand for my layout in the 1970's, resurrected for my dcc layout started last year - had to re-motor it but she's just about ready to run, I need to tweak the front bogie- maybe spring it to improve traction
