AMJ
Many fleets had a useful works car that could easily have dealt with the sand problem. It was called a snow broom.
45669
Morning All, As my tribute to Blackpool's proper trams, I have recently added a collection to my Flickr site. There are pictures from 1965, 1969 and 2007. If anyone would like to see them they are in the 'British Trams' Collection, here : http://www.flickr.co...57629521580153/ Hope that they are of interest.
