Milford Junction Gascoigne wood West Yorkshire

I was going to build an OO layout representing the main line between Birmingham and Derby 1955 however having looked at Ackthorpe in MR I think I might go a lot further north which had a lot more variation in locos ExLNER types and I was looking at Milford Junction north of Knottingley where 3 main lines converge, I`ve got a 22ft x 22ft garage to play with, I think the junction would have been a lot less complicated than it is today but I can`t find a track plan correct for 1955 also I`ve already got lots of info on the cross country trains from the SW to York Newcastle "Operation Midland 1955" but I`m struggling a bit with the other 2 main lines and local trains (suburban stock?) and the types of freight, any info you could give would be much appreciated.

The first link has a few minor errors in it's up to date descriptions.

Are you aware there was a huge station building near to the signal box, Milford Junction station ? Monk Fryston was "under" the main road from Selby - Leeds and had platforms on the ? Castelford lines only.

Thanks for that I`ve found the track plan for 1955 thanks to http://www.old-maps.co.uk which shows just how extensive the Millford sidings were and the marshalling yards at Gascoigne wood where it joins the Selby - Leeds line, I`d have to simplify this a lot but I think it would make a very good location to base a layout
