iankemp
Hi all i found these videos on Youtube I thought these were very interesting as the lines look very over grown now when going down the roads there to the model shops nearby. When going to tron gate there is a railway bridge that passes over the road and it looks extremely over grown with shrubs and weeds that have taken root. fifemogul
Hi thanks very much for the memory trail of old Glasgow. I was too young to remember the trams, I was two when they were withdrawn, but remember so much. Great also to see the class 55 very helpful for my new layout plan especially the Glasgow Union Line, do you know where there is a trackplan of the route or any info on it? pH
Also "An Illustrated History of Glasgow's Railways" by WAC Smith and Paul Anderson has maps showing the line, some photographs and a short history.
