Posted March 3, 2012 Author Share Posted March 3, 2012 I`ve only just realised that this is was the beautifully painted/restored LMS 502 unit that I saw back in the `80s at the Centenary of the Mersey Railway.......It should`ve been safely ensconced at the NRM collection, but (disgracefully) ended up in open storage at an MOD facility, and consequently is now in a dreadful state.
