Andy Y
Given your location I would certainly recommend asking at the NRM's Search Engine if they have any material - http://www.nrm.org.uk/ResearchAndArchive/Visit.aspx
Poggy1165
The North Staffordshire Railway Study Group might be able to help you.
Guest Natalie Graham
Railway Modeller October 1999 and North Staffordshire Locomotives An Illustrated History by Ken Hopkins for drawing and information/photographs respectively. I remember my Dad nearly buying us a lovely 5" gauge live steam model we found in an antique shop but the £500 price tag put him off in the end. Gingerbread
Another possible source for drawings is North Staffordshire Railway Locomotives and Rolling Stock, by R W Rush, published by Oakwood Press, ISBN 0 85361 275 7. However, treat it with caution - I can't comment on this particular locomotive, but I have seen discrepancies on others when compared with alternative sources.
