We are planning to increase our range of Xuron products soon from just the cutters to include pliers and strippers. We have now had a large delivery of Bill Bedford parts so most are now in stock. Model Mates have added Dirty Yellow and Mould to their die range, both are in stock. At fairly short notice we will be attending the South West Model & Hobby Show on 31 March and 1 April at the Bath and West Showground. We have been extremely busy over the last few weeks, with far more orders than we usually have. This has resulted in some delays and a few mistakes being made. We apologise for these and have changed our systems and procedures to try to improve this. A number of customers have had problems with losing their passwords for the website. We are conscious that the password reset token system is not very effective. We are trying to change it as soon as we can. Most problems are caused when users have actually forgotton their log on name. If you are having problems, please send us an e-mail and we will solve the problem as soon as we can. There has been an issue with our phone lines resulting in a message stating that "calls are being diverted" been relayed unintentionally, for a few days. This was caused by a BT fault that has now been rectified. If our main line is engaged, it will automatically switch to our mobile, or if unanswered it will switch after 5 rings. There are times when we are in the workshop and unable to get to the phone quickly. The mobile is normally at the office during the daytime and with one of us in the evenings and weekends and has voicemail for missed calls. You can telephone us, weekdays between 9:30 to 5:00 and also in the evening from 7:00 to 8:30. On Saturdays we are available from 10:00 to 12:00. The phone may also be answered outside these times. As per the last two years we will be holding out annual open day on the last Saturday in June. John Lloyd from Green Scenes will be there demonstrating his Flock-it tool for realistic grass, and will no doubt have a range of his products for you to buy.
