dave_long
The individual models are superb, but those very small dioramas are simply stunning! Dave
trisonic
Yet another argument that small dioramas are the way of the future...maybe. Best, Pete.
Talltim
I don't actually like that much. It's just too twee and the weathering looks too stylized to me. However there is a high level of skill apparent Edit: having had a look at the rest of the site as well as the seashore shanty I revise my view. scouser
It's funny that Talltim caled the seashore diorama twee. Before visiting Florida and exploring the areas away from the tourist attractions, I would have agreed with him completely. However , much to my amazement, you will find buildings like this fairly often. I always thought they were very Disneyish but there seems to be an attitude in the states that says "I might have built it, but I'm damned if I'm going to paint it" This makes the model look far more realistic than I would have believed. RhBBob
Those 'Spanish' style tiles are superb on that station building at Due Maestà Much work, I know, to bend each individual tile and then overlap them but well worth the effort....okay so I'm retired and have a little more time once the bathroom and the bedroom have been re-decorated...
