georgeT
Hi Mate, 'Excalibur' was scrapped as early as 1956, so she will be in a grubby state as l guess she would not have been cleaned properly in the final year.. 1

I've got a little 0-6-0T kit that I haven't started yet Could you do it for me during the ad break in a TV programme?

RMweb Premium Ray H Posted January 17, 2021 RMweb Premium Share Posted January 17, 2021 (edited) Thanks George. I'm fine thanks - although some might say otherwise as I'm halfway through a bout of chemo. I had one course about 5 years ago and was told then I'd probably need top ups and this is the first one so can't grumble. After all its doing what it should. georgeT
A trip to the paint shop, now l have an N15 in red primer. which is new for me as l usually use Helfords grey primer, so l want see if it gives the BR green a deeper colour ? 10
Andrew P
The Red Primer has really brought out the detail mate, all looking good, how about the Chassis now? 1
georgeT
Hi Andy, The red primer seems to have had the effect l was looking for as it has given me a slightly darker BR Green finish, working on the valve gear at the moment, challenging or what ? Hahahaha 3
