As always any help or ideas would be very welcome

shortliner
Sorry I can't help, but the words "....with great difficulty, and a lot of swearing!" come to mind
'CHARD
Photo of the challenge? Cutting glazing from scratch is a royal PITA* but more than possible if everything's a flat plane. If you can give us an idea of the shapes and sizes involved I'm sure there are people here who've made it a little more scientific than good old trial and error. * republican PITA available outside UK
stock_2007
I was just wondering if it is a right pain to do and I'm sure it is. I'll need to have a look on the web see if anyone makes ready-made glazing.
stock_2007
It seems Railflyer do a pre-cut set of glazing for the GMDD cab this is the 4 window comfort cab one (SD40-2W type) I'll drop them an e-mail see if they post to the UK
