RMweb Gold The Stationmaster Posted June 20, 2012 RMweb Gold Share Posted June 20, 2012 You'll have to allow for the age of the original transparency and possibly some colour shift in it but here are some (towards the background) in 1965. Assuming they hadn't been repainted in the meanwhile the paint on them dates from either 1956 or 1958 (I think the former but can't be certain, the latter is the only alternative date which comes immediately to mind. Overall I think the 'weathered cream' in this view is a pretty good rendition of the original colour so here you have 'faded WR cream' - Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
