Hattons has recently had some fairly significant issues with both their .co.uk and eHattons sites. Difficulties of ordering have been reported elsewhere on RMweb and in other places and they have themselves acknowledged the problems.

 

My recent experience - in the past 10 days or so - has suggested that those problems are now in the past. Hattons also made mention a couple of weeks ago on their site to suggest the same.

 

The warning you see might be the result of an old cookie still in your system or may be linked to changes Hattons have made to their systems. Does it give you an option to proceed anyway? If not try switching to the other site (i.e. if you are using eHattons from NZ try the .co.uk one which can accept international orders just as readily) and see what happens.

 

Flushing the cache on your computer (deleting internet temporary files and cookies) might also help if the problem is at your end.
