Richard Richard, that loco is lovely....The wheels are a treat. You must have studied the weathering; Did the fireman's backside polished the dome while putting the bag in... You are probably aware of Digitrains ZS017 L&YR Tank, although which tank it doesn't say. But somewhere on my searches i came across a decoder for a L&YR 0-6-0 .
