rorz101uk
Can anyone help me? I have fitted sound to my D11 from Howes models. The problem it jerks when the chuff rate goes up? The loco has been ran in and runs amazing in DC? Other than that the sound is very good! I will try to put a video up.

Chrisr40
Hello Rory The only similar experience I have had to this was when I fitted an ESUsound chip to my Super D. Sweet as a nut on dc but hopped and jumped all over the show on dcc once the chip was fitted. Ultimately it was cured via some good advice from this forum on removing the locomotives factory fitted capacitors - unrequired as I believe the chips have their own inbuilt. Have a look in the loco and see how brave you feel about removing them as this may help with your problem. Chris
