RMweb Gold Joseph_Pestell Posted January 19, 2013 RMweb Gold Share Posted January 19, 2013 OHLE has been brought into Paddington without "destroying its heritage". Eurostar has been brought into St Pancras and, in many ways, improved access to its heritage. If HS2 really must pursue the expensive option of going to Euston, let's profit from the rebuild to run the HS2 platforms east-west (parallel with Crossrail 2) so that they link to KXStP as well as Euston. Christopher125
You don't need to run the platforms east-west to provide a link with King's Cross/St Pancras, the demolition required by your idea just isn't realistic. Chris
