royaloak
Not seen this show advertised anywhere- http://www.astolatmrc.co.uk/ourExhibition.html Doesnt look to be such a bad show and is within easy walking distance of Guildford railway station. Dudley
I've been several times and enjoyed it. When you exit Guildford Railway station walk straight across the lines of cars outside the main entrance rather than turning to your right and following the shoppers. The path drops slightly, cross a small road and dart between two large warehouses towards the cinemas. Cross the canal, cinemas to your left and snake round in front of them in a gentle arc keeping them on your left. Follow a suburban road towards terraced houses, car park on your right. This will eventually bring you to a T junction on a busy main road. Turn left and the hall/ Astolat show is just along there on your left. Total walking time about ten minutes. D. The Dorset Wanderer
Will be there with 'Hennock'- hope there is no snow as the Hogs Back can be, shall we say, unpredictable. Come and say hello- RMWeb badge will be shown so no excuse. Steve

David C
Just heard from the Exhibition Manager that the Astolat show tomorrow is cancelled. The snow is pretty bad in Guildford. David C
The Dorset Wanderer
I have just been contacted by David Wilde-exhibition manager- to say the show has been cancelled due to worsening weather. Great shame but sensible in the circumstances. Steve
RJS1977
Shame about the cancellation - it'll be the first year I haven't been since the first time I went way back in 1996!
