Transport for London Paint

A cry for help! I am after TFL red and blue either acrylic or enamel. I have this info:-

Blue     Pantone 072  or S3560-R80B

Red      Pantone 485  or S1085-Y80R

Anything near these colours will be Ok

Any ideas would be very welcome

Many thanks

Roger Murray

Can't help you with model paint matches, I'm afraid, but this link looks like it could be promising:

http://www.cjaerosols.com/ncs-colour-custom-filled-aerosol-spray-paint-can-400ml

They'd be able to mix it up to the NCS numbers you've given, but that would be the exact same colour as used on the prototype. However, if you wanted them a couple of shades lighter to reflect their use on a model, I expect they'd be able to advise on suitable colours to use instead. I don't know how the NCS system works, but I expect that facility exists within it.
