Flask trains

Hi everyone

 

Good news of new model wagon coming soon from Bachmann and info is Bachmann

 

so in 1988 - 1994 class 31 or 37 trainload coal duties for flask wagon to private siding for unloading/loading point so when uncoupled flask wagon and left at siding then return to north with two RNA Barrier wagon and brake van ?

During that period, from observation, the most common scenario was for an empty flask wagon to be left at the loading terminal. So a loco, barrier wagon, empty flask wagon, barrier wagon, brake van, would arrive, swap the empty flask wagon for a loaded one and depart.

i think he is asking would the barrier wagons be left at the loading site with the flask or returned as a train of 2 barriers and a brake van?

 you are aware right because I am more aware to reason is RNA barrier wagon and RAR brake van need servicing or light maintenance over they did running on track of thousand miles from sellafield to private siding means they has worn out of steel wheel need replace new wheel based maintenance depot
