Sykes V.C.One thing is now worrying me.On which models should there be a reversing lever/rod (assuming they are the same thing)?More importantly where does it go on the body/chassis?I have had a preliminary internet search googling pix and also service sheets but could not find any detail that helped.Help appreciated.Many thanksBob Hughes Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

From Madcaravanner's pic the reversing rod was present on one model. What I should have said is does anybody know if there was a reversing rod on the following Hornby models:- Margate Patriots; LMS crimson Holyhead, LMS crimson E.C. TRENCH and BR Private E. Sykes V.C. Any pictures that I have found seem to indicate not. It would appear that this detail started with the rebuilt patriot class models?
